Send SMS from Splynx
The integration allows ISPs (Internet Service Providers) using Splynx to send SMS notifications via Guni SMS. This enables automated communication with customers for payment reminders, service updates, and other critical messages directly through the Splynx CRM.

2. Verify the Business
Submit verification form > https://app.gunisms.com.au/user-verification
3. Request SenderID

Setup Guni in Splynx
SMS Setup
To configure SMS sending you need to find a suitable SMS gateway and set up Splynx to work with it.
To configure SMS sending in Splynx, navigate to Config → Main → SMS.
The configuration will be unique for each SMS gateway.
The SMS logs can be found in Administration → Logs → SMS or in Messages → Mass sending → History.

Enter Following Details:

Sender. Go to Guni portal to add your sender IDs

Select Sender:
- #SharedNum#: Our system will assign numbers from a random number pool.
- Dedicated number: You need to buy a virtual number from us. This is a unique number used by your account. Your customers will get messages from the same number.
- Business Name: You can use a dynamic name such as “Guni”. The Guni team must approve a business name.
- Personal Number: Number that you have registered with Guni account.

- Phone – the target phone number to send a test SMS to. Sometimes 61401123345 sign must be added before the actual number (full format of the phone number for your country).
