Send SMS & MMS from Hubspot Contacts & Workflow
1. Login to your Guni Portal
b. HubSpot account.
If you are not already login, you will be asked to login.
After logging in, select your Hubspot account and click Choose account.
c. Click Connect App
Now Guni is connected to your Hubspot.
3. Send SMS from Hubspot Contacts
- Go to contact. The Guni SMS cart will be added at the bottom right; please bring the Guni Cart to the top and click start conversation
- Ensure that phone or mobile numbers are saved in HubSpot on+ 61(with format) or 04/614 (with format)
- Refresh the page, and you will see the Guni > start conversations button.
Click Start conversation
Type your message > Select Sender(dedicated number for MMS) > Type SMS content > Click Send
3. Setup Automatic SMS from Hubspot Workflow
- Go to Hubspot Workflow
- Go to Action. Click +
- Search “Guni” in Browse Actions
- Select Guni SMS > Send SMS
- Configure Guni Action
- Select Mobile Number / Phone number
1 Select Mobile
2. Select Sender (You can config more senders from Guni Senders Setting( like Personal number, Dedicated number, Business name or #Sharednumber#
3. Message Type – Promotional or Notification
4. Enter your message with Personalisation
5. Remove Unsubscribe link (optional)
6. Click Save
