Send SMS & MMS from Hubspot Contacts
1. Login to your Guni Portal
b. Login to your HubSpot account.
Select Your Hubspot account and click chose account.
c. Click Connect App
d. Cancel the sync step.
3. Send SMS Hubspot
- Go to contacts. You will see the Guni SMS cart on the right bottom; you can bring the Guni Cart on the top. You can see Start Converation.
- Ensure you cancel the Number format and Phone numbers are saved in HubSpot in 61 , 04 etc.
Remove + if a number has + in front
- Click on the same
- Refresh the page, and now you will seethe Guni > start conversations button.
Click Start conversation
Type your message > Sekect Sender(dedicated number for MMS) > Type SMS content > Click Send
