Send SMS Reminder for Calendly Event
Send SMS when Event is created
1. Install Guni Zapier App ( click below button & install app)
- Log in to your Zapier account.
Accept Zapier application
Click on the link to accept Zapier integration

- Click Accept Invite & Build a Zap
2. Create Zap
- Click left corner > Create > Zap
- Click Trigger
- Search Calendly in search > Click Calendly
- Select the Event: Invite Created
- Connect your Calendly Account
- Click > Continue
Configure – Select User > Click Continue
- Select your previously created invite. You can test invites with your own number to test the SMS. Click on the invite and check for your sample invite data
- If you wish to add delay, you can add delay in your message by clicking on + search delay.
- Select Delay For
- Click > Continue
- Enter Delay Value & Select Delay Unit
- Click > Continue
3. Send SMS Gunisms zapier
- Click Action
- Search Action > Guni
- Select Guni sms
- Select Event > Send Quick SMS
- Go to the Account & connect to the Guni SMS
- Enter the Email address and API Key
- Generate API Key from here
- Click Create App Token and copy.
- Click Yes, continue to Guni
- After setup the Guni account, click continue
- Sender : you have multiple options
- Shared number – Free numbers of the pool. A shared number pool is used by other customers. The system assigned the number to your message and removed after some hours.
- Dedicated number – It is a unique phone number for a specific business and it is exclusively for your use and involves a monthly subscription fee.
- Business Name – Add your brand name as the sender and get your audience excited. You can add up to 11 characters.
- Own number – You can use your number. This is the number that you account verification.
- Request Sender ID
- Receiver: Deleted prefilled value
- Click + Sign and select Invite created
- Look for the mobile number field ( Question Mobile number Answer)
- message:
- Enter the message that you want to send to the user
- Click Continue
- Click the Test Step
- Publish the Zap
